Our 200 Hour Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training is essentially our Online Training combined with monthly in-person meet-ups, blending the flexibility of online study with the depth of face-to-face connection and support.
You will work through the course content online at your own pace, with access to recorded lectures, yoga classes, manuals, and learning materials, whilst also joining us at the studio one Sunday lunchtime each month for practical sessions designed to help you connect, practise teaching, ask questions, and receive real-time feedback and support.
This pathway is perfect for those wanting the freedom to study around work, family, or everyday life, whilst still experiencing the accountability, community, and hands-on learning that comes from training in person. It offers the best of both worlds — flexibility without losing the transformational power of shared in-person experience.
All in-person trainings take place at our Worcester studio, set within the beautiful surroundings of Spetchley Gardens.
This calm, welcoming space gives you the chance to fully arrive, connect with your group, and immerse yourself in the training experience.
