The 300 Hour programme is an advanced training designed for qualified yoga teachers who want to deepen their knowledge, refine their teaching, and expand their skills across a range of specialised areas.

This course is for teachers who have already completed a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and are ready to progress their practice, teaching confidence, and expertise.

Yes the programme is fully accredited and contributes towards your progression as an advanced certified yoga teacher.

You can build your 300 hours through a combination of core and elective modules, allowing you to tailor the training to your interests and goals.

The programme is made up of a mix of in-person, online, and hybrid modules. You’ll complete a combination of core subjects alongside optional specialist trainings.
